Tiny Town, USA – You might think that nuisance wildlife are in another department from human beings. IF so, YOU are WRONG. 

Take the case of a skunk report to the police on May 5 -- Cinquo de Mayo. The skunk was behaving strangely. This is a concern. Rabies can get to a skunk much as you or me. 

But this skunk was not rabid. It was a lecturing skunk. The skunk was hectoring a home owner about incivility and the general breakdown in the social order. This is not unusual at all. For millenia humans have turned to animals for advice, and horribly, some times cut them open to predict the future. 

Humans are pretty bad people, all in all. Whereas a skunk is always simply, a skunk.  Here we rat-out the truth about it all. Sorta.
