TINY TOWN, USA – We ask you, fair minded folks of Tiny Town, just what the hell do you think has been going on here?

TTT's Arts Cop Arvin Dalkey went under deep cover six weeks ago and just came back with his first report, etched on the backs of Sycamore leaves in his finest Helvetica Narrow: The news: The rash of monster heads that have appeared all over town and in obscure places only Dalkey knows of, are nothing more than promos for Warner Bros.

In fact, we believe Warner Bros. allegedly PAID to have a local graffitist spread these images in anticipation of the movie "Where the Wild Things Are."

More, at this moment, we cannot say. Pay attention to the news announcement that precedes this breaking memo and learn more about what's behind these images and the exploitative grassroots PR campaign of a major cinematic mogul.
